The Jungwille Crimping Tool JW-202C is a cordless hydraulic crimping tool, specially designed for hexagonal crimping of hose sleeves in hydraulic lines. The JW-202C crimping tool is equipped with an electrically driven hydraulic pump, which hydraulically squeezes the jaws. Various dies can be inserted into these jaws, making the pliers suitable for different hose and sleeve diameters. Twelve dies are included, which are suitable for hose cross-sections ranging from 16 to 400 mm². The impressive pressing force of the pliers is 120 kN (approx. 12,000 kg), which is more than sufficient for even the most demanding tasks.
The crimping tool is powered by a powerful 18 Volt 4 Ah Li-Ion battery. This battery provides enough energy to crimp dozens of cable sleeves per charge, depending on the diameter of the sleeves. In addition, a quick charger and a second battery are included, so that you always have sufficient power available.
The Jungwille Crimping Tool JW-202C is supplied in a handy case, in which the dies, the charger, the second battery and the crimping tool can be easily stored and taken along.
